Obama Refuses To Prosecute Fellow Muslim Khalid Sheik Mohammed Until After 2012 Elections
Of course our Alien in Chief is squeamish about prosecuting his fellow America-hating Muslim, despite the fact that Khalid Sheik Mohammed has been found guilty of orchestrating the 9/11 terror attacks. A military trial in Guantanamo Bay would outrage Obama’s liberal, blame America first fan base. A civilian trial would be an outrage against decent Americans. So with that being the case, Obama and his Justice Department will refuse to do their jobs until after the 2012 election.
Now mind you all, if Obama is G-d forbid, re-elected, all bets are off! You can be sure a civilian trial WILL take place in New York City. Eric Holder will see to it. And who knows, Obama might just commute Mohammed’s sentence as a “good will gesture” towards the Muslim world.
The Pakistani-born sheik who claims to have orchestrated the 9/11 terrorist attacks won’t go to trial anytime soon, according to senior officials in the Obama administration.
Khalid Sheik Mohammed is likely to stay in military detention for an undetermined time – possibly until after the 2012 elections, the Washington Post reports.
The White House has suspended plans to try Mohammed in federal court because elected officials in New York strongly protested the idea, the paper says, citing senior White House officials who asked to remain anonymous.
The idea of a military trial in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, is equally troublesome for the Obama administration, because it would likely alienate the president’s liberal supporters.
Last week US Attorney General Eric Holder said a decision on Mohammed’s trial was imminent. But officials privately told the Washington Post there was no real consensus on how to proceed within the White House.
{snip}
President Obama will make the final decision, officials said, but probably not until after the next presidential election in 2012.
Here’s what Lawrence Auster of View From the Right said about Alien General Eric Holder on November 1.
It was in November 2009 that the Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder, announced that the 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other 9/11 defendants would be tried in federal court in New York City. By January 2010, intense popular opposition to that insane decision forced Holder to pull back from it. But in the ensuing ten months he has still not announced his alternative plans. It is now November 2010, a full year a year after the initial announcement, and still no decision. What is going on?
My guess: Holder knows that he can’t try Mohammed in civilian court, as public opinion simply won’t abide it. At the same time, it would be unbearable to Holder, as an anti-American, anti-white leftist, to do the right thing and try Mohammed before a military commission in Guantanamo. So he’s leaving the situation in limbo. He’s refusing to do his job, because his job requires him to treat an enemy of the United States as an enemy.
This is what happens when the American people elect a nonwhite, anti-American alien as president of the United States. Let us hope that they have learned the lesson.
Here’s what Auster had to say yesterday:
“Little internal support” means that Holder and Obama cannot bear the thought of trying Mohammed before a military commission. Holder is refusing to do his job, because his job requires him to treat an enemy of the United States as an enemy.

That last paragraph says it all, Zelda.
And now, because states like mine and yours are too stupid to elect people who love and respect the Constitution, Mr. Hopey-Changey has two more years to convince all of us “small people” out here that it’s the elephants that prevent us from all being free and happy.
Of course, “free” is defined by him as under the guvmint’s thumb, and “happy” as willing to live off another’s sweat while being as miserable as the next guy.
