First there was regular dermatology where you went for a rash, or any other skin problem. Then came cosmetic dermatology, allowing women to get botox injections and chemical peels to smooth out their wrinkles.
First there were your regular OB-GYN’s where you went for pap smears, breast exams and prenatal care. But now, there’s a gyno-spa where women can go to tone their pelvic floor muscles.

After reading that, it sounds to me like the good doctor is trying to sell really expensive dildos/vibrators and is getting her jollies feeling-up other women, cashing in on the hype at $150 a pop.
Oh, and “cosmogynecology? Is there an astronomy lesson included as well?

From my personal experience- “enhanced boobs” are a turn off
