Yet Another Candidate For Pancreatic Cancer

Earlier this morning, I posted about how our Supreme Whores ruled that executing a child molester is cruel and unusual punishment. The case is Louisiana vs. Kennedy. The molester is one Patrick Kennedy, who raped his eight year old stepdaughter. Michelle Malkin has the gory details of what this monster did.

Now just in case any of you start thinking that this is no big deal being that these molesters will spend their lives in jail, you’re dead wrong.

Rep. James Fagan (D-MA), who is also a criminal lawyer, and a worthless lump of protoplasm is against Jessica’s Law. And here’s why.

Now I realize this is Taxa-two-shits we’re talking about. This is the same state whose people saw fit to repeatedly send Tubby Ted Kennedy and John Kerry to the Senate.

But still, can someone please explain to me the reasoning of the assholes that elected this beast in the first place? Was it the promise of cradle to grave welfare at the expense of the EEEVIL Rich? Or was it the allure of being able to kill babies in the womb with impunity? What is it with these libtards? And what is it with Democrats who refuse to go after terrorists, but who have no problem destorying children?

As for molestation, a person is either guilty of the act or innocent. If the person is innocent, the defense attorney needs to get that across. But with the system we have now, these slimy defense attorneys are nothing more than accessories to molestation, except for their venue being in a court room.
