Nothing wrong with them as long as they’re worn under a pair of pants. By themselves, like in the picture, looks effeminate.

I’ve worn leggings, as a functional piece of clothing, i.e., when I was running long distance in chilly or cold weather, or, working outside for 8-12 hours a day in the cold.
As an every day item? I don’t think so. I’m quite content to dress like a man, and let the women dress like women. I guess I’m a bit odd that way…

I think, if I were in an outfit like that, I’d wish I were dead…
I have worn leg warmers, though, on long bicycle tours in October/November…

It’s self correcting. Men who would voluntarily wear such won’t get a chance to breed.

Except for the color, they’re what we call “Long John’s” or “Long Underwear”. Up North, if you work outside, you will wish you had a pair on underneath your jeans or pants.
