The fact that thousands of Africans are flooding into Israel due to alleged economic hardship is not exactly new news. However, what you may not know is that this is all being coordinated by leftist NGO’s (non governmental organizations) such as the George Soros funded New Israel Fund

Are the Africans flooding into Israel doing so just because of economic hardship at home, or has the flood of infiltrators been planned, aided and abetted by the New Israel Fund and other leftist groups?

There is mounting evidence in favor of the latter possibility.

Middle East expert Dr. Guy Bechor writes in a recent article published on his website and elsewhere that leftist “human rights” NGOs seek to change Israel’s demographic balance.

“After they failed to let in hundreds of thousands of Palestinians into this country, these people now expect a migration of hundreds of thousands of Muslims from Africa to Israel. It’s not a war on immigration that lies ahead of us, but a war over the continuation of the Jewish majority in Israel,” he states bluntly. “And what is the plan hatched in secret by those organizations of ‘human rights?’ When the numbers reach a quarter of a million or half a million, and we’re getting there fast, the organizations will turn to the High Court of Justice and to the United Nations, demanding that Israel grant residency to these ‘immigrants’ and even citizenship, as is customary in the West.”

“With that, the percentage of Muslims in Israel will jump immediately to between 30% and 35%, with all the demographic implications that you can imagine. Being residents, then citizens, the Africans will naturally be able to bring their family members, and the numbers will double.”

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered 25,000 of them deported.

Now you might be wondering, “What does this have to do with Obama?”

In a highly disturbing piece of news over at Kr8 Israeli Patriot, the online magazine reports that the Obama administration is providing funds to Israel (via the UN) for every illegal African immigrant that enters the Jewish state.

The funds, quite bizarrely, are only between $1000-2000 per illegal, per month, not enough to cover food let alone rent and food. However, in what is being seen as the likely incentive for carrying out this migratory sabotage of the Jewish state, is the fact that these funds are being split, with a portion of it going to unnamed sources at various stages of the transfer, from its way from the US to Israel.

In other words, considering that hundreds of illegals penetrate Israel’s borders daily, someone is profiting from this venture handsomely.

Unfortunately, this is the modus operandi of the Left in all developed countries.

For example, in the U.S., Attorney General Eric “My People” Holder has sued Arizona and Alabama merely for trying to protect their citizens from the onslaught of illegals in their states. And let’s not forget Mayor Lou Barletta of Hazleton PA who got sued by all the open borders groups for trying to tackle his city’s illegal immigration problem.

Across the pond in the U.K, a former adviser to Tony Blair has come out and said that the Labor party purposely opened that country’s doors to massive immigration to “rub the Right’s nose in diversity”, And look how well that’s turned out for ordinary Brits.

The other week, there was a bit of news about Obama saying one term as POTUS would be enough for him, which some right wing bloggers found encouraging. But not me! I don’t believe for a second that Obama will settle for just one term. Just check out the news of how ICE is preventing many illegals from being deported.

In a first for any administration, President Obama has implemented a new system to spare a myriad of illegal immigrants from removal by authorizing—and encouraging—low-level field officers to block deportations by using an outrageously broad list of exemptions.

The unprecedented program will allow droves of undocumented immigrants to remain in the U.S. by drastically expanding factors that can be considered to exercise “prosecutorial discretion.” That’s when agencies get to decide to what degree they enforce certain laws against particular individuals.

Beginning this week, federal immigration officers, attorneys and other officials can cancel the removal of an illegal immigrant that is breast feeding or pregnant, has pursued an education in the U.S., has a relative in the military, has ties and contributions to the community or a U.S.-born child (anchor baby), to name a few. A “person’s length of presence in the U.S.” will also strengthen their case to stay.

The new prosecutorial discretion guidelines are outlined in a memo issued a few days ago by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton. For the first time ever, employees from field agents to senior officials are empowered to apply the ridiculously broad criteria to help illegal immigrants avoid deportation.

This is obviously a sneaky way of getting around the voters, many of whom want America’s Southern border secured. But more importantly, this is how Obama and the Democrats want to (in essence) replace the American voting base. The more illegals we have, the more American middle class workers are undercut, which means the destruction of our middle class. They’ll be replaced with poor Mexicans who’ll have no qualms about living and having children at the expense of taxpayers. In other words, these are future Democrats.

Do you guys remember Arizona House Bill 2281?

Just to refresh your memory, that piece of legislation outlawed classes in public and charter schools that:

*Promote the overthrow of the U.S. government.

*Promote resentment toward a race or class of people.

*Are designed primarily for pupils of a particular ethnic group.

Now being that this course clearly violates the law, State Schools Superintendent Tom Horne has been justifiably seeking to abolish it.

One thing I have to say after watching the video is that these are NOT “immigrants.” They have no loyalty to this country, that (stupidly) gave them so much. They’re criminal invaders who believe America stole the South West from Mexico, and that they will take it back by out breeding the gringos.

Court rules for illegal immigrant in identity theft case

WASHINGTON – A unanimous Supreme Court said Monday that undocumented workers who use phony IDs can’t be considered identity thieves without proof they knew they were stealing real people’s Social Security and other numbers.

The court’s decision limits federal authorities’ use of a 2004 law, intended to get tough on identity thieves, against immigrants who are picked up in workplace raids and found to be using false Social Security and alien registration numbers.

They have to provide proof they were stealing real peoples Social Security Numbers?  Let’s see?   They, the illegals, knew the numbers weren’t theirs, they knew the numbers belonged to somebody, and they knew they obtained the numbers illegally.    So, can somebody explain the reasoning of the nine lawyers in black robes who sit on the Supreme Court?

Advocates for immigrants had complained that federal authorities used the threat of prosecution on the identity theft charge, which carries a two-year mandatory prison term, to win guilty pleas on lesser charges and acceptance of prompt deportation.

“These prosecutions have been taken off the table,” said Nina Perales, southwest regional counsel for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund.

The court, in an opinion by Justice Stephen Breyer, rejected the government’s argument that prosecutors need only show that the identification numbers belong to someone else, regardless of whether the defendant knew it.

I’m sick of hearing people who come to this country illegally called immigrants.   To call them immigrants is a slap in the face to the millions who came here legally, according to the laws of this nation.
Doesn’t Justice Breyer admit that it doesn’t matter if the defendant (illegal) knew if the number belonged to someone else?

Oh, about the illegals coming here to do the jobs Americans won’t do.   The above case was spurned by this.    I can’t think of any America Citizen  looking for work who would turn down the chance to work in a steel plant.

Such was the case with the undocumented worker on the winning side Monday. Ignacio Carlos Flores-Figueroa, a Mexican immigrant employed at a steel plant in East Moline, Ill., traveled to Chicago and bought numbers from someone who trades in counterfeit IDs.

NOTE:   This story is almost two years old but this is the first I heard of the SCOTUS ruling that using another person’s SSN isn’t identity theft.

Good for them! If only other states would follow Oklahoma’s lead. Don’t be surprised if the ACLU and MALDEF sues the state.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma voters have approved a measure requiring that all official state actions be conducted in English.

The author of the official English bill, Rep. Randy Terrill, R-Moore, has said that English and the “melting pot” process it makes possible, “has made the United States the most successful multiethnic nation in history.”

The measure drew opposition from several groups, including the League of Women Voters of Oklahoma, which says the question discriminates against new citizens who want to do business with the state.

We mustn’t let a little thing called common sense interfere with the “right” of non citizens to vote in America. (Snort!) Apparently asking for proof of citizenship is inconsistent with the National Voter Registration Act. Not to mention the fact that it’s also racist, cruel, and just too much to ask (double snort).

This is a regime that won’t prosecute a Muslim terrorist responsible for the murder of Americans, yet its attack dogs will go after a sheriff who tries to protect the people of Arizona against an invasion.

PHOENIX — The Justice Department sued Sheriff Joe Arpaio yesterday, saying the Arizona lawman has refused for more than a year to turn over records in a probe into whether his department discriminates against Hispanics.

The suit, filed in US District Court in Phoenix, calls Arpaio and the Maricopa Sheriff’s Office’s defiance “unprecedented,” and said the federal government has been trying since March 2009 to get officials to comply with its investigation of possibly unconstitutional searches, seizures and jail policies that discriminate against people with limited English-language skills.

Arpaio called the suit harassment at a news conference yesterday. His office has said it won’t hand over additional documents because federal authorities haven’t said what they were investigating.

At least U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton did one thing right.

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit Tuesday by a Tucson police officer who challenged Arizona’s new immigration law.

U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton says the lawsuit by Officer Martin Escobar alleged an injury that was based on speculation.

Escobar alleged he would be subject to civil liability for violating the rights of others in enforcing the law.

Gov. Jan Brewer’s lawyers asked for the dismissal.

Two of the seven challenges to the law have been dismissed.

Last month, Bolton put the law’s most controversial elements on hold in a case filed by the U.S. Justice Department.

The other five lawsuits remain alive.

PHOENIX — Gov. Jan Brewer’s lawyers
on Thursday filed the first brief in their appeal of a ruling that put the most controversial elements of Arizona’s new immigration law on hold.

The governor says the federal ruling blocking portions of Arizona’s controversial immigration law “has caused irreparable harm” to the state’s residents.

Brewer wants the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco to reverse the ruling U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton made last month.

The governor’s office says Bolton abused her discretion by applying the wrong legal standards
and basing her ruling on the federal government’s speculation that it would be harmed by Arizona’s law. Brewer says the judge ignored key provisions of federal law that allow states to enforce immigration law.
