Citing “privacy” rights of dead terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the administration of Governor Deval Patrick is refusing to release records on what kind of government benefits the oldest brother was receiving.

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, being that this is a state whose residents saw fit to repeatedly send Ted Kennedy and John Kerry to the Senate.

The Patrick administration clamped down the lid yesterday on Herald requests for details of Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s government benefits, citing the dead terror mastermind’s right to privacy.

Across the board, state agencies flatly refused to provide information about the taxpayer-funded lifestyle for the 26-year-old man and his brother and accused accomplice Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19.

On EBT card status or spending, state welfare spokesman Alec Loftus would only say Tamerlan Tsarnaev, his wife and 3-year-old daughter received benefits that ended in 2012. He declined further comment.

On unemployment compensation, labor department spokesman Kevin Franck refused to say whether Tamerlan Tsarnaev ever collected, saying it was “confidential and not a matter of public record.”

On Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s college aid, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth spokesman Robert Connolly said, “It is our position — and I believe the accepted position in higher education — that student records including academic records and financial records (including financial aid) cannot under federal law be released without a student’s consent.”

On cellphones, the Federal Communications Commission would not say whether either brother had a government-paid cellphone, also citing privacy laws.

On housing, Cambridge officials and the family’s landlord ducked questions on whether the brothers were ever on Section 8 assistance.

The Herald reported yesterday that Tamerlan Tsarnaev, his wife and 3-year-old daughter collected welfare until 2012 and that both Tamerlan and Dzhokhar received benefits through their parents “for a limited portion” of the time after they came to the U.S., which was around 2002.

However, the Department of Transitional Assistance wouldn’t release information about how long or how much they received.

The administration was slammed by a Democratic congressman who insisted the public has a right to know how taxpayers were underwriting the accused jihadist Tsarnaevs.

“It’s certainly relevant information that should be made public,” U.S. Rep. Stephen F. Lynch told the Herald. “There’s a national security interest No. 1. Secondly, there’s also a public interest in finding out whether these individuals were able to exploit the system and get benefits they weren’t entitled to.”

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev lies hospitalized and facing capital charges that include using a weapon of mass destruction that killed three people and injured 260 near the Boston Marathon finish line.

Taxpayers — already on the hook for Tsarnaev’s court-appointed attorneys in the terror plot — continue to pay his mounting medical bills at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

The public also paid for Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s attorney when the Russian national successfully fought criminal charges in 2009 that he battered a former girlfriend.

This is looking more and more like a massive cover to protect the Democratic party. This kid is in the hospital all drugged up on pain killers and barely able to speak. A judge mysteriously appears to read him his Miranda rights during FBI questioning to shut him up before the truth comes out. That doesn’t look good. Obama and Napolitano have failed in homeland security. She should resign immediately. Deval is protecting his reputation for his presidential aspirations in 2016. Very pathetic. Now the welfare benefits are the nail in the coffin and a slap in the face for the victims of April 15th and the hard working taxpayers of this state. These lowlifes lost their right to privacy the second the first bomb exploded. Revoke the citizenship of the younger brother. He obviously took the oath of citizenship under false pretenses. Open the welfare records!!! Let see how badly we are getting jipped. Also, we should have a recall election for governor. Deval is not looking out for our security and should be removed ASAP.

One of Obama’s core constituent groups, the labor unions literally went ape in Lansing Michigan when the right to work law was passed. I mean, Heaven forbid a worker should have the choice of either being in a union or begin unemployed…

Such is the thuggery of labor unions. Their main purpose is to squeeze as much money as possible from employers for their people to do as little possible. At the slightest threat to their employee monopoly their true nature as hoodlums and criminals is exposed.

Obama traveled to Michigan yesterday to support the unions’ protest against the laws, which would allow most workers to decline union membership. Currently, many workers in Michigan are forced to join unions as a condition of employment. Republicans sought to change the law to make the state more competitive. Right-to-work states typically enjoy faster economic growth, higher job creation and lower unemployment rates.

Fellow Democrat Doug Geiss, a state legislator, had vowed earlier that “there will be blood” if the legislation passed; he failed to apologize, merely stating that he supported “nonviolence” in union protests. No Democrat or union representative, as of this writing, has apologized for the violence that took place today in Lansing.
In the past, conservatives have been held to account for random acts of violence that were entirely unrelated to anything they had said or done. In January 2011, for example, Gov. Sarah Palin was held responsible by media commentators for Jared Loughner’s crazed shooting spree in Arizona, merely because she previously used a political map with targets on it, indicating places where she focused her efforts in the 2010 elections.

In this case, the connection with Obama is direct. He went to Michigan to encourage the unions and oppose the state government; the unions turned out to protest and attacked those who had come to support the right-to-work legislation. In addition to the assault on Crowder, union members tore down a tent that had been pitched by Americans for Prosperity; Breitbart News’ Lee Stranahan captured the union members’ attack as the tent collapsed, with people inside, as union marshals looked on.

This morning, the Muslim Brotherhood warned the United States that if the United States continued meddling in Egypt, Libya, and other potential hot spots in the Middle East, they intend to cut off America’s supply of 7-11 and Motel 6 managers.

If this action does not yield sufficient results, cab drivers will be next, followed by Dell, AT&T, and AOL customer service reps.

Finally, if all else fails, they have threatened not to send us any more presidents either. It’s gonna get ugly, people.

That’s according to what retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer told Fox News.

Lt. Col. Tony Schafer told Fox News that sources were telling him that the President was watching the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya in real-time. Schafer told Fox that “only the President” could have ordered backup for the Americans who were under siege by terrorists so the President was most certainly informed of the situation as it was unfolding. “I hate to say this,” Schafer said, “according to my sources, yes, [the President] was one of those in the White House situation room in real-time watching this. And the question becomes, ‘What did the President do or not do in the moments he saw this unveiling?’ He — only he — could issue a directive to Secretary of Defense Panetta to do something.”

Meanwhile, Defense Secretary Leon Panneta’s excuse was that his intelligence of what was happening in Benghazi was “sketchy.”

Mr. Panetta decried “a lot of Monday-morning quarterbacking” in the questions his department has faced about why it didn’t send help in the middle of an hours-long assault on the U.S. Consulate.

Mr. Panetta said the military had forces positioned to respond, but the situation was too uncertain to send them in.

“The basic principle is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on, without having some real-time information about what’s taking place,” he said. “It was really over before, you know, we had the opportunity to really know what was happening.”

First off, we now know that there were drones over Benghazi. Also, the job of the soldier is to go into harm’s way and to fight. That’s what they’re trained for. So what is all this business about not wanting to put soldiers in harm’s way?

As I see it, our current White House occupant is a Marxist, Muslim hater of white people and Jews who preferred to sacrifice the American (infidel) ambassador, Seals, and other staff, rather than raise a hand against his fellow terrorist brothers.

Also, what’s all this business about waiting to get all the information???? What more information does this miserable failure of a president need? Whether he calls it a reaction to YouTube video or a terrorist attack, our consulate was breached and attacked by a mob of fanatics. As a result, we have four dead Americans. If this happened under Ronald Reagan, those Libyans would have already had several bombs sent their way.

And on another note, why on earth did Mitt Romney not bring up this Benghazi mess in the third debate? In all honesty, I didn’t watch it because I had a feeling he would pull a John McCain, and I was proven correct. What is wrong with Republicans these days?

Of course they were. After all, Barack Hussein Obama did not want to offend or deter his Muslim terrorist brothers.

Fox News has learned from sources who were on the ground in Benghazi that an urgent request from the CIA annex for military back-up during the attack on the U.S. consulate and subsequent attack several hours later on the annex itself was denied by the CIA chain of command — who also told the CIA operators twice to “stand down” rather than help the ambassador’s team when shots were heard at approximately 9:40 p.m. in Benghazi on Sept. 11.

Former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods was part of a small team who was at the CIA annex about a mile from the U.S. consulate where Ambassador Chris Stevens and his team came under attack. When he and others heard the shots fired, they informed their higher-ups at the annex to tell them what they were hearing and requested permission to go to the consulate and help out. They were told to “stand down,” according to sources familiar with the exchange. Soon after, they were again told to “stand down.”

What in hell does the Mayor, Chief, and Others think the Police are for? They do that every day. They train for it, they are good in those situations. THAT IS THEIR FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE IN THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION.

However, let me share a few facts that might help you decide what is in your best interest.The current administration and members of the press have perpetuated an environment that casts employers against employees. They want you to believe that we live in a class system where the rich get richer, the poor get poorer. They label us the “1%” and imply that we are somehow immune to the challenges that face our country. This could not be further from the truth. Sure, you may have heard about the big home that I’m building. I’m sure many people think that I live a privileged life. However, what you don’t see or hear is the true story behind any success that I have achieved.
I started this company over 42 years ago. At that time, I lived in a very modest home. I converted my garage into an office so I could put forth 100% effort into building a company, which by the way, would eventually employ you. We didn’t eat in fancy restaurants or take expensive vacations because every dollar I made went back into this company. I drove an old used car, and often times, I stayed home on weekends, while my friends went out drinking and partying. In fact, I was married to my business – hard work, discipline, and sacrifice. Meanwhile, many of my friends got regular jobs. They worked 40 hours a week and made a nice income, and they spent every dime they earned. They drove flashy cars and lived in expensive homes and wore fancy designer clothes. My friends refinanced their mortgages and lived a life of luxury. I, however, did not. I put my time, my money, and my life into this business –with a vision that eventually, some day, I too, will be able to afford to buy whatever I wanted. Even to this day, every dime I earn goes back into this company. Over the past four years I have had to stop building my dream house, cut back on all of my expenses, and take my kids out of private schools simply to keep this company strong and to keep you employed.

Anyone who had bothered reading the right wing blogs four years ago would have known that Barack Hussein Obama was, and is nothing but a resentful race pimp with a huge chip on his shoulder (who was very open in his praise of Jeremiah Wright as well)! Despite being buffoons, black “leaders” like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton actually paved the way for Barack Obama. Our current White House occupant is nothing more than a slicker version of those two men, as this video shows.

In this clip, you’ll see Obama riling up the audience in an Ebonics accent, by complaining about how New Orleans was still not rebuilt after Hurricane Katrina, and thereby implying that white racism was to blame. Never mind that the Governor at the time was Kathleen Blanco, an incompetent Democrat who didn’t want the feds taking control of the evacuation effort. And let’s not forget whining Mayor Ray Nagin who never bothered using the city’s buses to evacuate his people. Instead he demanded Greyhound buses in a profanity laced rant. Yet despite all this incompetence, Obama blamed white racism. Yeah right!

You’ll also notice that Obama brought up the the Stafford Act, and how it was not waived for the people of New Orleans, which is a blatant lie.

I noted yesterday that in his 2007 speech in Hampton, Virginia, Barack Obama falsely claimed that the Stafford Act had not been waived for relief money appropriated to help New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The Stafford Act requires that, absent a waiver, localities match a percentage of the money they receive in federal assistance.

Obama’s claim was false. A few weeks before Obama gave his Hampton speech, Congress had waived the Stafford Act in connection with $6.9 billion in federal aid for New Orleans.

But it gets worse for Obama. Neo-neocon points out that Obama was one of 14 Senators who voted against the waiver of the Stafford Act. So not only was Obama’s complaint false, it was one he would have lacked standing to raise, given his vote on the issue.

Now, Obama voted against the Stafford Act waiver because it was part of a bill providing funds for the war effort in Iraq. Apparently, Obama’s desire to make sure the surge failed and we lost to al Qaeda in Iraq trumped his concern for the good people of New Orleans. Or maybe it was all posturing, Obama’s specialty, since he knew the money would go to Iraq and the Stafford Act would be waived regardless of how he voted.

And of course Obama went on about how it was the government’s job to teach the residents of N.O. how to rebuild their city, and that it was their job invest in city businesses. Anyway, here’s the video.
